1. Consultation.
During the initial Home Staging Consultation we visit your home, do a walkthrough (inside and out) to determine the overall condition of the property, and prepare the list of recommendations on changes to make through de-cluttering, de-personalizing, re-arranging the furniture, enhancing, lighting, repairing, improving curb appeal (for houses), etc. At the end of the Home Staging Consultation you receive a personalized Detailed Staging Report with a written room by room analysis, suggestions for improvements, and all the information on how to prepare your house for showing. From $150.
2. Home Staging Services: Occupied Houses and Condos.
You may choose to carry out our recommendations yourself, or let us help you out further. Do-it-yourself homeowners may complete this step at their own pace prior to the return of the stager. If you decide to proceed working with us, Studio 74 collaborates with the number of reliable contractors who can assist with interior painting and upgrades. We can also coordinate any off-site storage, cleaning services and deliveries.
Once the preparation work is complete, we will come back to stage and showcase your property using the guidelines and standards set by the home staging industry. Depending on your budget we can work with what you have by rearranging the furniture, artwork and accessories; or we can add a few things to enhance what you already have, creating a look of a "model home" that will entice potential buyers. Every decision we make is done to add value and sales appeal to a property.

3. Home Staging Services: Vacant Houses and Condos.
There is a difference between a property and a home. Statistics shows that furnished properties sell more than 2 times faster than unfurnished ones. By staging a vacant property we will show the potential of every room in it so it will be easier for potential buyers to visualise themselves residing in the property. This service includes initial consultation, project management, furniture, art and accessories rentals, property showcasing, and, upon completion of the sale, de-staging. We provide you with professional photos of your property to use in any advertising materials. As every project is unique please contact us for pricing.
Interior ReDESIGN and Home Decorating
Interior ReDesign is an affordable option for those who are tired of their existing home decor and are looking to refresh or completely change their interior. We will help you create a well balanced harmonious home that reflects your own style and preferences. Our goal is to create a space that you will enjoy and be proud of.
New homeowners: if you just moved into your new home and don't know where to start, contact Studio 74, we'll help you with room layour and decor, furnishings and window treatments.
Redesign for existing homeowners: if you have lived in your home for a while and want to re-decorate a room or even your entire home, we will give you a design and color consultation, including furniture and accessories recommentdations. We create 3D floor plans to help you visualize the final layout and design, to guide you in selecting new furniture and colors, or to re-arrange existing pieces.
